Select a face-up card, then a destination column. Dragging also works.

A number for your shuffle

Keep these points in mind. Enter a whole deal number between 1 and 4294967295. Numbered Deals lets you choose a reproducible Spider starting layout on jl-ludeng.com. The number and suit setting together identify the starting shuffle. Select one suit, two suits or four suits before loading the deal.

Load a chosen number

The following details apply here. Loading a different number can replace progress saved for the same mode and suit setting. Load deal applies the number and suit setting in the controls. The Deal number field accepts positive whole numbers within the displayed range. An active unfinished game asks for confirmation before loading another selection.

Number and suits belong together

A few details help explain this feature. The same deal number and suit setting produce the same opening cards with this game's shuffle algorithm. Move choices after the opening are entirely up to the player. Changing the suit setting changes the deck used to create the deal. A deal number identifies a starting layout rather than a saved position halfway through play.

Share a starting point

The following details apply here. Copy deal link includes the selected number and suit setting in the page's link fragment. A shared numbered link opens the corresponding starting deal or matching local progress. When automatic copying is unavailable, the game displays a selectable link field. Sharing a link does not transfer another player's move history or statistics.

The numbered objective

Keep these points in mind. A full descending sequence containing different suits stays on the tableau. Numbered Spider uses 104 cards arranged in ten columns with a stock pile. A qualifying face-up run is removed automatically. Win by completing eight same-suit King-to-Ace sequences.

Build by rank

The following details apply here. A descending same-suit group can move together as one unit. The destination card may belong to another suit in standard Spider. Any legal movable group may enter an empty column. An exposed card can move onto a card exactly one rank higher.

The stock requirement

Here are the details for this mode. Five stock deals are available at the beginning of a numbered game. Fill every empty column before using the stock. Undo can restore the position before a stock deal while the snapshot is available. Each stock deal adds one card to each of the ten columns.

Explore one layout

The following details apply here. The current number remains visible beside the game controls. New game chooses another deal number for the current suit setting. Replay resets the current number to its original shuffle. Comparing different openings on one number can help you study your own decisions.

No promise for every number

Keep these points in mind. The Hint button reports legal options rather than solving the whole game. Numbered shuffles are not advertised as guaranteed winnable. Winning Deals provides a separate collection with verified legal solutions. Some choices can make a position harder even when another line might succeed.

Progress on this browser

A few details help explain this feature. With saving enabled, Numbered Deals keeps a current game for each suit setting in this browser. My Statistics lists numbered starts and wins separately from ordinary Spider games. A matching saved game resumes when you revisit its number.
